  • Order number
  • Photo/video proof of issue

Non-refundable cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size choice (if size was clearly described)
  • Orders in transit beyond control of shipping carriers

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business day
